Build Crop paste only applies to one photo

Hello,

After confirming crop is selected in my 'copy' settings, when I select a group of photos and cmd shift V, only the first photo in the series has the crop applied. Would you please let me know how I might have the crop apply to all selected photos? I love batch editing in Lightroom Classic and cannot see myself leaning fully on Lightroom, despite the convenience of working across laptop and mobile devices, unless there is an equally efficient workflow.
