Hi Daniel,

did you try the steps out in the link above (Creative Cloud sign-in errors)?

Thanks,

Hi all !

I do have a similar problem :

I subscribed for adobe for photographers and i can log in fine on the Ipad, but lightroom on desktop prompt me to enter login and pass and then keeps loading, still nothing new, error message nor crashes.

It just keeps loading...

Any ideas  ?

thank you !

Hi Guido!

I am running the latest Sierra OS and the latest LR CC as well.

I’ve restarted both my system and Lightroom and still cannot get it to get past the “connecting” message when I try the mobile login within Lightroomon desktop. CreativeCloud signs in fine, however. LR mobile does, however connect fine via iPhone app, though I cannot see any images since the desktop app is not connected.

any other ideas what might be going on?

Thanks

I have been trying to sign in to lightroom mobile since the day it was available. I can sign in on my ipad but not on my PC. Tried all I could think of but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!  I am traveling and do not have access to my PC.  I am using my iPad to review photos. Well, I WAS using my iPad until now when I can no longer log in. I use LR CC.  I Have done a hard reset on my iPad five or six times with no change in the screen of Lightroom Mobile. I simply cannot access my photos at all. Here is the screen shot in Lightroom Mobile that I keep getting.  Any suggestions??

Thanks,

Deb

P.S. I have tried many times over the past two days to access my photos in LRMobile.

What happens when you try to log in?

What error message do you get exactly?

when i log in on my desktop i enter my details then press enter the login screen just disappears

but still asks me to login under the "get started with lightroom mobile" section

on my iPad i enter my details then a circle loading icon just spins forever

I'm experiencing the same problem when attempting to log in from my tablet - I enter my password and it just says "connecting" forever when trying to login from lightroom. If I log in on any other platform it works.

I've also followed instructions noted for connection errors in this forum as well as restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, and checking IE security settings.
