Hi! I have fricking annoying issue. I have 3 laptops that I use and would love to use lightroom CC with my photography plan, accessing all devices to the photos as advertised. However, it just does not work.   My thousands of photos in another pc lightroom cc wont sync to other computers lightroom ccs and vice versa. How can I fix this?   All the photos are located in NAS that I importing them from to the catalogs, so all the vomputers have similar access to them.   in old style Classic CC lightroom you just could play with the catalogs files on network drive. Not with this one. 😞   Please help asap 😀

My camera raw files are imported into Lr Mobile (iPad version 9.1.0) while I am traveling where I edit them.  When I return to my desktop and use LrC to sync to the cloud, only virtual copies are downloaded.  I don't remember this happening before Lr Mobile had the ability to edit using the DEVICE tab.  Is there some new setting that I am not aware of?  I need to download the original image with edits so I can get them on my local storage and into LrC for additional processing..  Any help will be appreciated.

When I save presets into Lightroom mobile most of them don’t show up unless I’m in the actual photo that supplied the preset. I just purchased these and it was successfully able to import them and save them but I can’t access them under the user presets. I’m new to this so there could be something I’m missing but I purchased 27 of them they do not show up I downloaded three for free and those the only ones that show up when I import new photos. It looks like I don’t have any presets but when I go in to the photo that has the preset to add a preset it shows all of them.

I have tried reinstalling, logging out from all of my other devices, and allowing adobe tech support to remote access my computer in order to troubleshoot. Nothing has worked, and I've been met with the same error screen throughout all of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's a picture of the error.  

Please help with Access to Lightroom app (IOS). I bought 1 months access for testing yesterday, 13 Dec. 2023. But now, 15 Dec. 2023 access denied. Please help for return access. 

When I try to sync my Lightroom CC version 3.4 on my iMac with High Sierra, 10.13.6, the image frame turns black and I can see in the information 'waiting'. The synchronization between the cloud and my iMac is not working, and the problem started about a week ago. I would appreciate it if someone could give me a clue as to what might be causing this.

The "documents and data" size in my iPad is ridiculously large (20GB). I removed nearly everything I had within the app except for 200mb of raw photos, and the app is listed as just under 300mb, yet the "documents. I cleared the cache and it reduced it to 19.7gb, but right now it's a bloated piece of software that my minimal space iPad can't handle.     Version of the app: 8.4.0 Platform and OS version: iPad Pro 11-inch 3rd generation, OS v16.7.2 Basic steps to reproduce the problem: settings->general->iPad storage->Lightroom Expected result and actual result: 500-600mb of space, actual: ≈20gb

I'm on lightroom (CC i think?) and when i Import photos for editing i'm finding out that it's been making copies of photos already on my hard drive and taking up massive amounts of space. Is there anyway to stop lightroom from doing that and just using the photo from the original location? I deleted one of the copy folders and it seems that prevents me from editing what i imported in lightroom

Just updated to the newest version Lightroom CC Version 7 (Released Oct 10th 2023) and noticed that in gallery view my ability to limit my views to specific stars, flags, are gone. Anyone else having this issue? 

Afternoon, this just started a couple of days ago.  I use my iPad quite a bit for editing the simple photos for the parents on the team.  I've run into an issue when I edit a photo in Photoshop Express then "save to device" it becomes super grainy in Lightroom.  It has never done this until a couple of day ago.  I've updated all the Adobe apps I have along with doing an update on the iPad.  I've restarted the iPad, I feel like I've done all I can think about.  Any ideas?Thank You

I have a photo in LrM that is 5921 x 4737 px, but when I use the Share/Save copy to device to saveImage and view the image Info on my iPhone 13 Photos it's reduced to 1836 x 1469 px. I get the same size when I select Export As and Dimension/Largest available dimensions. I get the same reduced size when I export to OneDrive as well so this is not specific to exporting to iOS photos. The only way I can get the full resolutions of the image I see in LrC/LrM is when I use Export As and Dimension/Custom, set it to Long side 5921 px, and choose Save image. Then I get the full-sized image of 5921 x 4737 px. Why isn't the option Largest available dimensions using 5921 px instead of 1836 px? This is not going to work for my LrM workflow to do a Custom export using the longest dimension for every photo.  What is the remedy here?  

When Add copyright is enabled in Lightroom for iOS, photos imported do contain the entered copyright name, but the Copyright Status metadata field is left as "Unknown". New user to Lightroom..  Edit in Photoshop option doesn’t appear when I click on share in Lightroom mobile on my iPad . I have Photoshop mobile installed on my iPad.  thanks for any help.

I am yet to work with software from a 'reputatable' company that is so broken...   every day it is something else!  to be honest lightroom is incredibly overpriced!  i can literally buy a weeks worth of groceries with what they charge, and then it is marred by problems.    Unacceptable!! If you want us to use your software at such ridiculous prices, at the least get the basics right.   today when I open lightroom it kills my resources. Almost 100% on all my hardware, including a brand new ssd!! That is not even competing tasks. Basically just viewing a photo!  also a photo was synced on my pc, opened on my laptop, and now it says needs to sync from device which I presume is the laptop, all this with out changing a thing. I now have all my lightrooms open and the sync is not happening, frozen on "needs to sync, open device".   ill have to now duplicate the photo and then delete the duplicate to get the photo to load.   i really think you are

 I'm trying to import photos into Lightroom from my camera and a window pops up saying "No photos that could be imported were found in the selected source," even though I have photos/videos on my camera. They are photos and videos that I haven't imported into Lightroom before.

I had purchased the free trial for lightroom for Samsung but premium features did not pop up in the app. I've reinstalled/tried to use the restore button multiple times. When I click the button to start another trial, it says I can't complete the purchase because it's already been made and the galaxy store is not able yo process the purchase. Through the galaxy store, it says I still have my trial though February (60 days).I tried canceling the subscription but it should stay active until February. I'm just not able to access the premium features in the app... As a work around because I needed lightroom the last 4 days, I downloaded lightroom through the Google Play store instead but the trial period for this is only 4 days...

After using the Lightroom under Duke University subscription for over a year, my access was abrubtly terminated this week. And Lr was also no longer exhibited on my subscription plan. This made me unable to access my 100GB+ cache of files on Creative Cloud, which was generated via Lr in the previous years and no longer available for downloading.
