Question

iPadOS / error 19651012

I created collections synced with Lightroom Classic on Windows 11.
I can successfully load these collections onto my Android smartphone and store the photos locally.
When I try to do the same thing on my iPad Pro, I encounter the following issue: the initial loading of the collections works fine, and I can store the photos from these collections locally: But when I return to the app, the photos in these collections load but do not display. If I close and restart the app, I get error 19651012. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, without success. I should note that I’m running the latest version of iPadOS.

I do not have an answer, I am not an iPad user, but there is an old forum thread here-

And searching for an answer in Google (Firefox) you might get an answer like this-

    AI Overview

Error 19651012 on your iPad is typically related to an indexing or local cache issue in Adobe Lightroom for iPadOS [1], often triggered when trying to load or view synced collections. To resolve it, fully close the app, offload storage, or reinstall Lightroom.
Steps to Fix Lightroom Error 19651012
    1. Force Quit the App: Swipe up from the bottom of your iPad screen, pause in the middle to open the App Switcher, and swipe up on the Lightroom app card to force it closed. [1]
    2. Restart your iPad: Hold down either the Volume button and the Top button (or just the Top button depending on your model) until the power slider appears. Drag the slider, wait 30 seconds for the device to turn off, and turn it back on.
    3. Check iPad Storage: Navigate to Settings > General > iPad Storage. Ensure you have sufficient free space. Offload or delete unused apps and large files to prevent cache failures. [1, 2]
    4. Reinstall the App: If the error persists, delete the Lightroom app and reinstall it from the App Store.
    5. Verify Web Access: Visit Adobe Lightroom on the Web to sign in with your Adobe ID and verify that your synced collections are processing correctly in the cloud.

    Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.4.1, Photoshop 27.8, ACR 18.4, Lightroom 9.4, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .
