Lightroom CC "Some AI models failed to download. Please try again later."

How do I reproduce this error?  Well…

At first, I got it almost every time I exported photos.

Now, I am not allowed to perform object masking.

If I can’t edit my photos, please remind me what I’m paying for.

I first reported the problem exporting files two weeks ago.  Aside from one set of suggestions, of which I ran through every one, the problem is neither solved nor worked around.

Aside from those suggestions, which did not solve my problem, I have heard only crickets.

DON’T YOU HAVE A TECHNICAL SUPPORT GROUP??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!
