Lost all photos in LR

My Creative Cloud is through my university and recently our accounts had to be switched to an enterprise account. It prompted that I migrate assets before signing into the new account, which I thought I did. But after signing into the new account and opening Lightroom, I saw that all of my photos were gone. Does anyone know if there's a way to recover them? I lost thousands of photos.
