LR6 saying trial expired but ....

Hi, So yesterday when I turn on LR to do some editing a 'your trial has expired' box appeared even thought im on the photography monthly plan... why would this be? It is running on a old iMac could this be the issue?? Has anyone else had this issue recently...

Also why do adobe give no way of contacting a support team???

You are using Lightroom 6 and you have the Photography plan? That doesn't make sense. The Photography plan includes Lightroom Classic, which is at version 11.4 and Lightroom (cloud) which is at version 5.4.
