Error "TO MANY REQUEST"

I have attempted to upload or download models from Mixamo after returning to the site following a seven-month absence. During this time, I have not utilized the service at all. However, I am now receiving an error stating that I have exceeded the allowed number of requests, despite not having downloaded a single model in the past six months. Additionally, when I attempt to access my account page, it fails to load entirely. Please address this issue promptly.

Hey everyone!
Looks like the issue is just temporary. Mine was down for about a month too, but it's back online now. Either the community did something about it, or it was just too many people using it at once.

I really feel for those of you relying on this service—it's frustrating, I know. Just hang in there. It usually starts working again after a few days. Most likely, the servers are just overloaded.

I pay an extortionate amount of money to adobe - so please fix this, I have projects that need finishing.

Alternatively, anyone have a download file of all of the mixamo animations? should probably put a link around somewhere for times like these

If it's dance animations you're after this project has all of them in it. There's a direct download link and you can export them from unreal as fbx. They make scripts for converting mixamo files so they might have more somewhere, I only needed the dance ones though so didn't look further.

Just been on Adobe support chat again and this is what they said:

I see, yes we have reported this issue to the backend and team is working on it to fix this as soon as possible.
Yes, team is working to fix this as soon as possible. We will drop you an email with an update when its fixed.
unfortunately we don't have an ETA. But be assured that it will be fixed soon.
