Eye dropper error: Could not use the eye dropper tool because of a program error

Hi.

Does anyone know how to fix this error? I can't pick colors from with the eye dropper. I have the most recent versión of Photoshop Beta: 25.4.0

I tried reseting preferences, erase them, hidding layers, etc.

Here is a capture of the problem:

I've had this issue for almost a month now and still can't find a fix for this. It's a bit annoying and it's affecting my productivity.

Has anyone found a quick fix for this yet? Adobe doesn't even care.

Yep, tired of this issue as well. Didn't feel like dealing with an uninstall/rollback so I tried the Beta and it's working there. *sigh*

Yes, the eye dropper works in Beta. But Liquify doesn’t. 😣

I've been trying to give Photoshop Full Disk Access but Photoshop BETA keeps overriding it. I delete BETA's access, add Photoshop but BETA activates instead. Adobe just REALLY wants me to use BETA so they don't have to rush to fix this eyedropper problem.

I had to unintall and stop usuing Beta...It trys to takeover everything Photoshop that I have and I have not found it to have enough benifit to fight with it. Its just another way that Adobe shows how little it cares about its customers.
