go to control panel/administrative tools/event viewer/windows logs/application and find the Photoshop crash report.

Select it and go to right and select "copy as text" and post the report here.

You need to look at the details in the crash report to find out what the failing module is..  That may give you a clue to what is wrong. You disable part of Photoshop. It does not crash on my Windows 10 system or my Windows 10 preview Build 15019.
