@JOSE32417669l7ek the oldest version you can install from Adobe is 22.2 via the Creative Cloud Desktop app (click the ... and choose "other versions") or you can install 2019 from https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2019-direct-download-links.html

CC2020 is no longer available.

unfortunately, Adobe only provides installers for their current apps and the previous major version of each.
