Camera Raw Filter problem

From the beginning.. .

I tried to install camera raw filters. I didn't have camera raw folder in my Adobe folder so I couldn't follow the path which was provided everywhere in instructions how to install presents in Camera Raw. So today I install new plug from Adobe Camera Raw as I was advised. With no result. Still don't have this folder. Still can't install presets. But forget about presets.. . Problem is that Since then when I open Camera filter in Photoshop it's not working. It's showing horizontal lines like old tv which where broken. I can do adjustments but I can't see what I am doing  those are just lines in colour of my pictures. Other things working. After that I updated to latest version as I have CC version hoping it will help. But no...  please please HELP!!!!!!

Camera Raw exists as a filter but only from Photoshop CC onwards, if I recall.

It almost sounds like there's something up with your video adapter's drivers if you can't see anything correctly in Camera Raw itself. Try disabling GPU acceleration via Edit (Photoshop on Mac) > Preferences > Camera Raw > Performance (at the bottom) > uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Click OK. Try the Camera Raw filter again.

That's right. The ACR filter didn't exist in CS6, only the standard ACR raw converter.
