I was trying to be more upbeat, here, so no creepy, demonic eyes. This time. 😄 I used Repeat Transform (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Alt/Opt + T, after the initial transform) once I had the original poinsettia where I wanted it. Think I anchored the rotation to one of the sides of the poinsettia. (It's always a division of 360 degrees, so the first transform is 30 degrees and I eventually end up with a perfect circle of 12 copies.) I kept the original image in the background, stretched it and blurred it, then layered one of my original textures on top. I was thinking of crinkled wrapping paper for some reason. (lol)

Make a quick selection with the Object Selection Tool on the bandana > click the "create new fill or adjustment layer" button on the Layers panel > Black & White Voila. Adjust to taste.

NIN's classic album. Had to not-too-painstakingly paint in some of the stains and the wires. (I used ArtRage Vitae for this part, as I love its painting tools.) Rest is background textures of my own making. (Which also added some stains not on the original album cover. Might look a bit overkill, but meh. I like dirty.) Had to transform the "N's" on the type and flip them horizontally to match the original album's design. Added the gradient at the bottom for some flare (which also isn't in the original).

There's a "Free" tab under the Creative Cloud Desktop app; contains a variety of free assets but I'm not sure if the same assets are available in Photoshop. (There are also free templates under the New Document dialog.) EDITED TO ADD: The "Free" tab is under the "Stock & Marketplace" module, bottom left.

Thank goodness, it's not just me, then. lol It's consistently fine on mobile. One thing I haven't tried: Most of the desktop browsers have GPU acceleration. I'll try disabling that next.

I was able to upvote earlier on my laptop, now I can't. (I had this problem on another thread as well.) I can do it on mobile browser. Tried clearing out cache, cookies, signing out and then in. Uninstalling and reinstalling my browser (Brave, which is based on Chromium). What gives? It's maddening.
