Could not save as "File name" Because of a program error

Hi all, 
 So this is driving me crazy since 3 hours tried everything in the support section, So whenever I am trying to save an image or trying to replace an existing file I am getting this error " Could not save as "Img_2326.jpg" because of a program error. Can somebody help me with an exact solution. 
System specs : 
IMAC RETINA 27 INCH 2017

3.4 GHZ INTEL CORE I5
MEMORY 24GB DDR4
GRAPHICS RADEON PRO 570 DDR4
PHOTOSHOP VERSION : 22.1.1 
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Same problem here. Can't save, export, copy anything that I get the"program error" or even try to open files. All I can do is create things from scratch.

Macbook Pro 2016 here. Photoshop newest version 22.1.1

I've been using Photoshop for 15 years, last 2 years has been the worst in experiences with Adobe produtcs and every update seems like they fix a couple of problems and implement several new ones, wich is making it impossible to keep working with it, I'm pretty disapointed and I think it's time to try another apps 😕😕
