Could not save because the file is locked error - Photoshop

I can't find any answer about this (see attach) no answer in the community forum at all...no solved too.:(

 

hope fix it ASAP for everyone have problem as same as mine.

Hi Duncan,

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the file is locked error in Photoshop. Could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're working with?

Are you trying to save the file to an external or network drive?

Are you using an antivirus program? If yes, could you try disabling it and then relaunch Photoshop to see if you're able to save the file?

Verison  - Photoshop CC 2021 (v22.1.1)

Save the file  - Hard Drive

Antivirus program - yea AVG AntiVirus, do i have to disabling AVG to open photoshop everytime?!
