Could not save 'filename' because of a program error

Since converting from Google Drive's 'Backup & Sync' to the latest version of Google Drive, every time I try to save an image a 2nd time from Photoshop back into Lightroom, it gives me the error 'Could not save "IMG***.tif" because of a program error.

I would appreciate some assistance as I am not able to work until I sort out this error.
