Create a photo webpage creative cloud

Thought this would be easy. Still hope that it is. (I hae a subscription to creative cloud)

I have a number of watercolor paintings that I have scanned. I have a url that I would like to use.

HOW can I create a simple web page for the scanned images that I have?

I am very surprised when I search online for a tutorial.

I find posts saying that I can do this easily - with Adobe Portfolio. Great - then I see that the program no longer exists! I see that it can be done easily with Bridge - then I see that the menu options have changed and the feature is not longer there - etc.

How to proceed? I am fairly skilled w Photoshop, w Illustrator, very comfortable w InDesign, have a little experience w Bridge - and am willing to work in any application as long as I can follow some clear instructions in a program that actually exists the features that are still within the given program. Fingers crossed... (ps - on a mac)...

Welcome to Adobe Portfolio. If you subscribe to Adobe... then you get Adobe Portfolio for free.

You do not need to code or anything.
Here is mine.

The other cool thing is that if you load your images to Behance you can automatically add them to Adobe Portfolio. Then you have your work in two places which will generate more exposure.

Visit this page to build your portfolio....

Trust me I am not a coder... so this is awesome.
Also they have different templates.

  • Do you have a website yet?
  • Which web authoring platform or code editor do you use to work on the site?

If it's built on WordPress, you'll find plenty of free & premium photo gallery plugins for WordPress.  The question then becomes what kind of gallery are you looking for?  They come in all different shapes, sizes and configurations.

See my reply to your other post in another forum.

Prepare images for the web in Photoshop:

1. Use the Crop tool to straighten & trim unwanted areas.

2. Go to File > Export > Export As > JPG.

3. Reduce quality to reduce bandwith.  Lower bandwidth promotes faster loading web pages.

4. Choose desired height & width to fit your web page.  Ideally, all images should be the same width.

5. Change color profile to sRGB (see screenshot below).

6. Hit the Export All button.

7. Give it a brief identifiable name, no spaces or special characters.

Repeat for other images.

Hope that helps.

Adobe Portfolio still exists. It is not an application but an online service that helps you build your portfolio web pages and hosts them. You can use the Adobe portfolio domain name or assign your own.

In Creative Cloud desktop on the left side under 'Resource Links' click on Portfolio and you will be given the choice to open an existing portfolio or build a new site

You can use Lightroom classic.

Select your images then go to Web tab and choose HTML gallery

The export and upload to your web server.
