Creative Cloud (and Photoshop) show the Nik Collection 8 plugin as installed but i did remove them, Why?

I removed the Nik Collection 8 from my Mac but the still show up in the Creative Cloud panel (Plugin) as well as in Photoshop. How can i remove the entirely. Seems they’re just still menu items.
