Eraser tool not fluid since update. It is jumping!

Before last update this weird movement was happening in the Select and Mask/Brush Tool, now after update it is happening in the eraser tool and brush, It's not smooth the tool keeps kind of jumping.

I tried resetting the preferences but with no good results at all.
