Extensions Window completely greyed out

Hi, I'm facing a big issue with Adobe After Effects. I can't access the Extensions page. When I go to Window and try to open Extensions, the option is grayed out and I can't do anything. I've tried restarting Premiere, reinstalling the extensions, but nothing changes. Does anyone have a solution for this?"
