Fill & expand in Photoshop doesn't work.

Thank you for the detailed testing. I don’t want to send you through general account, network, or document troubleshooting when you’ve already effectively isolated the issue.
 

Could you please try one additional comparison for us?

Photoshop 27.12 Beta is currently available in the Creative Cloud desktop app under Beta apps. If you’re comfortable testing it, please install the Beta alongside your current Photoshop installation and try the same Generative Fill/Expand workflow with the same file and model.
 

Please let us know whether the operation:

• works normally in 27.12 Beta,

• produces the same error, or

• remains stuck on “Generating…”.
   

Please also share Help > System Info > Copy from Photoshop 27.10.0 and, if the problem also occurs in the Beta, from 27.12 Beta.
 

For attempts that fail with an error, a screenshot showing the complete error message would be helpful. If it remains on “Generating…”, please let us know approximately how long you’ve left it running before canceling.
 

This comparison should help us determine whether the behavior is specific to the 27.10.0 build or is still present in the current development build.
