Question

Generative AI fail - "We've encountered an issue and can't complete...." when background is black

I use a macbook pro, OS version 15.0.1.

Adobe Photoshop 26..0.0

In adobe, when i try to do an AI generative fill i get the error messag "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later."

I tried a different internet connection, still no luck.

It's been like this for two days - since the last update.

Thanks.

10/26/24 - A new twist ➤ The AI fails when the background layer is black. But the AI WORKS if the background layer is white ➡️ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XazKcoYrpJQ ⬅️ Watch the video here

I have members of my team with the same issue you're experiencing Paul.  Not sure the cause yet, investigating.  I was hoping Adobe would respond to your question.
