I am the beginner of photoshop, I want to add text in different languages like Telugu what is the process how can I change language option in adobe photoshop

My colleague from samedaypapers joked and changed the language! And it was Chinese!! I don't know Chinese so it was too hard for me to find where I can change it

From what I understand you want to type text in different languages, not change the Photoshop Interface language.

Google "typing telegu in photoshop" and you will see instructions and videos on how to do this. Look for CC in general, the language settings should be the same.
