How to straighten curved edge of a certificate in a photo of the certificate

If I have a photo of a certificate that was shot at an angle, so the sides of the certificate are not square, I can correct that with Perspective Crop Tool. But how do I straighten the edges, before using Perspective Crop Tool, if, in the image, the sides of the certificate show as curved? Example attached.
