I’m trying to cancel my free trial but they’ve tried to take payment from an empty bank account so now it won’t let me and it keeps on trying

Sorry but this is ridiculous why is there no email to contact. I’m trying to cancel my free trial but they’ve tried to take payment from an empty bank account so now it won’t let me and it keeps on trying so I can’t add any money into my account otherwise they’ll take it.
