I select a color and Photoshop is painting another one. I've already checked all the RGB color mode in every place possible that I know of.

How can I fix it?

Compliments one posting a screenshot right away – that often makes identifying the root of the problem much easier but many posters seem to overlook the option.

Hi

Looks like the mode is set to Exclusion, try setting it to Normal
