I receive monthly emails with new features and links. the links don’t work and an Adobe chat says that it’s phishing.

Are there genuine monthly emails?

    Hey, @bgshap. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Yes, these are legitimate communications from Adobe.

    Please do not click any links in the emails if you’re not sure. Feel free to forward any emails posing as Adobe here: phishing@adobe.com

    For Jeff - According to the internal documentation, these campaign emails are legitimate. There are several predefined use cases for these emails, mostly pertaining to Teams and Enterprise users.

    For everyone else - Please do not click any links in the emails if you’re not sure. Feel free to forward any emails posing as Adobe here: phishing@adobe.com

    Thanks!

    @Sameer K

    We as users have always been told that legit emails from Adobe always end in @adobe.com as described here in this thread Staying safe in the Adobe Community where it says “Genuine Adobe emails always end in @adobe.com”

    https://community.adobe.com/questions-98/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-community-1546703

    So how are we as users now able to trust any emails from Adobe are real if that is no longer the case?

    @Sameer K I question this as well - Adobe chat just told me it was a phishing email also. Links to redeem a member perk didn’t work and I worried my log-in was hacked. If they are legit Adobe communications why don’t they work?
