@valéried99020062 pretty straight forward there…it’s telling you why, and what to do. I would Uninstall through the Creative Cloud Desktop App. I would also use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to make sure no old remnants of Photoshop exists too (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html). Run that.  The old files may sit in your trash/recycle bin, make sure you hit delete or empty that. Purge it.

Now, restart your computer, and go back to Creative Cloud Desktop App and download a fresh Photoshop. Most importantly, download a fresh installer. DO NOT USE THE PREVIOUS INSTALLER—THAT MAY HAVE BEEN CORRUPTED!

    And install the new Photoshop.

    Bonjour,

Hi there! Sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue. Here are a few things you can try for a fix:

    1) Try out the preferences as shown in the screenshot attached.

    2) Select Edit > Preferences > Performance.

    - Make sure Use Graphics Processor is checked.

    - Select Advanced Settings.

    - Uncheck Use OpenCL and GPU Compositing, and select OK. Now, restart Photoshop.

    3) Right-click anywhere on the desktop and choose the AMD Catalyst Control Center or Configure Switchable Graphics. Click Browse and choose High Performance instead of Power Saving.

    4) Go to System > Display > Graphics and toggle OFF Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling.

    Hope this helps!
