Library files disappearing after being saved

I'm a long time Photoshop/Adobe user and have not had this happen this before.
I have lots of files and assets saved in libraries, some of them have been there for years, but recently they have started vanishing after I've saved them. The library link still exists, as shown in the screenshot, but the physical file is gone from the folder.


This has been happening for about 10 days now. I've googled and couldn't find anything similar, or a solution to this.

 

Please, help?

      Hi

      Did you get any resolution on this? I'm having the same issue and got passed on to multiple Adobe depts and no one could help. Wondering if it's a firewall issue...

      Hi

      It took a bit but they opened a ticket for me and seem to have resolved the issue withing 24h. They said it was a sync issue.

      To be fair I can't really confirm if it was resolved because in the meantime I've been heavily working on other stuff (in Illustrator and InDesign). I've not noticed it since but I'll be keeping an eye on it.

      I would say open a case with Adobe Support on this.You've ruled out a problem on your end, the website doesn't rely on your configuration.

          As addition to this: screenshot of one of the missing files info in the library 
          I've edited it today, saved it at 11:54 and then it disappeard. They are all .psd files, if that informations relevant. But also not happening with every saved file and it has not happened with saved .ai files yet.
