Question

Losing business

I've been with PS since the Dreamweaver days and I was forced into the web versions since I use a 5 year old Mac Pro apparently. Adjusted to the web and love it when it works. Freezing, missing layers, missing/in-active layer panel, and crashing less- but still quite a bit. The most frustrating - half my day is spent waiting for the file to properly open. I've trouble shot, to a loss, and this has to be on your end. Any help or update would save my business. Otherwise I may have to leave for the 1st time in over 20 years. Thankfully ChatGPT and other programs simply generate my needs- so I spend less time in PS, fixing and customizing the pic mainly. Adobe is home, and I know the generation feature is getting better so I'm trying to hang on. Today thought... ugh. Plz fix the web version asap, thanks. I'll send pics next time. Thanks again.

A 2019 Mac Pro can run the latest macOS Sequoia, check Software Update or the App Store to update. Once you have Sequoia installed you can run the latest versions of Creative Cloud apps.
