Make a Black version and White version of this logo?

I need to remove the white from this logo image to make a BLACK outline of this image for a PNG file. And vice-versa, I need to remove the white and black to make a WHITE outline PNG file. Really appreciate your help with step by step directions. Using PS 21.2.3

I recommend

• Clipping Masked Curves Layer to make the darkes part actually black

• Blend if-settings

• apply Layer Style Color Overlay to Group containg the two Layers

If you need to remove the originally gray fields an additional Layer Mask or Vector Mask would be options.
