Need advice on creating consistent website images using Canva

I’ve run into this too, and what helped me most was setting a few rules before making any new image instead of choosing everything from scratch each time.

I’d pick 2–3 main colors and save the exact color codes somewhere, then stick to one font for headings and one for smaller text. I’d also make one banner that you really like and use it as a reference for the rest rather than starting from a different Canva template every time.

For the blurry text, check the dimensions of the original design before exporting. If the image is going on a website, I usually avoid making the design smaller than the size it will actually be displayed at. PNG works well when there’s a lot of text or sharp graphics, while JPG is usually fine for photographs. I’d also avoid repeatedly downloading and re-uploading the same image because that can make things look worse.

One other thing that helps is keeping the same spacing, logo position, button style, and image proportions across the site. Even simple designs look much more consistent when those little things stay the same.
 

OK, taking into account that this is a Photoshop forum, I’m wondering if Adobe Express might work for you.  The hyperlink above might need tweaking as it insisted on taking my location and Adobe account into account.  Express is supposed to be easy to use and very capable.  I think you’d need at least a free Adobe log on to use it.
