Neural Filters Photo Restoration Disabled Due to error

Hi,

Well, I've been using the Photo Restoration filter for about two weeks.  It was working fine and then suddenly it just stopped working and showed a message that it had been disabled due to an error.  So, I quite Photoshop Beta and tried again, and it won''t work any more.  It's a shame … I really liked it and used it every day on some of our old photos from the 1950's.  I hope Adobe is able to figure this out soon.  Bye for now … 

Getting the same here. It's a crapshoot whether it will work or not. I haven't notices any pattern to it in relation to the type of image. It's an equal opportunity failer.

I would like to know if this has been addressed. I get the same error even though it worked fine when I first downloaded it. Doesn't matter the image, or if Enhance Face or Scratch Reduction, are checked or unchecked.

Thank you for sharing @Greg25867288q4vb. The team is aware of this and working on it. Curious, do you get this error on ALL images you try the filter on, or are there certain ones vs others?
