"No Subscription Found"

So I recently tried to download Photoshop CC 2017 onto my laptop as I have the Photography Subscription and it is saying that a Subscription cannot be found associated with my Adobe ID. I have reviewed everything and I am currently subscribed. I've tried a handful of "solutions" to no avail. If anyone else is experiencing this problem or if anyone knows of a solution please let me know!
