P: Photoshop 24.3 Strobes in Black and White when Opening files

I wanted to share that with the latest version 24.3, my colleagues I at the office have been experiencing slugging Performance and glitching Photosensitive epilepsy effects when opening PSD files or even just creating new files. 

We had to revert back to a previous version 24.2.0 which seems to be quite stable for everyone.

We are running Intel 11Gen i5's 16DDR4 RAM and RTX 3050-Series Mobile GPU's on Windows 11 64bit.

My Photoshop comes up with a white flashing workspace every time I try to load an image. My backup machine does the same. What happens?

@Pete.Green I am having this issue and no combination of checking/unchecking the mentioned boxes will solve the issue. Photoshop also locks up and will only close via Task Manager.

I got problem with photoshop after update, when i open any document it start to blink

This merging of threads is becoming a real pain, how are we suppose to follow threads that we reply too, it's getting ridiculous at this stage 😒 we're here trying to help Adobe customers and this is not helping 😠

When I open a tif image in photoshop the screen flashes white.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
Version 24.3 on PC

suite au téléchargement de la nouvelle version 24.3.0 lorsque je charge une photo cette dernière n'est pas visible ... j'ai un scintillement (blanc/noir) à la place de l'image... par contre sur le coté droit dans les calques l'image est visible (en petit) ....

Une solution à ce bug ? comment récupérer une ancienne version ?

Hello, After upgrading from Phodoshop version 24.2.1 to version 24.3, I can't open a photo. I uninstalled the program and updated 24.3 again and there is still a problem, I returned to Photoshop 24.2.1, the program works normally without problems. At this rate I am going to end up with an epileptic fit with all this flashing on my screen.

I have tired the below without any joy - does anyone have further advise or options I can try?

1. The first thing to try would be, enable the Older GPU option in Preferences > Technology Previews > “Use Older GPU Mode (pre 2016)”
2. If still having trouble, try enabling the "Deactivate Native Canvas" option also in Technology Previews
