P: Photoshop 24.3 Strobes in Black and White when Opening files

Just fixed this, so simple:  Photoshop > Edit >Preferences >Technology Previews  CHECK the box  'Deactivate Native Canvas >OK    Restart Photoshop

Try selecting Preferences > Technology Previews > Enable "Deactivate Native Canvas" and then restart Photoshop.

I just got the same thing after resterting my system and the new update installed.

Just flashing repeatedly and unable to actually do anything. 

A ton of work to finish and no PS. HELP!
