PC win11 Photoshop Beta 28.0.1 Remove Ambient Effects is not showing up in Remove too pop up menu? any solutions

Related Elements and Generative AI enabled , 8 bits RGB photo used and I do not have emove Ambient Effects displayed in Remove tool pop up menu.
