Photoshop 24.7 strobe when using on a laptop with up to date GPU

when I edit photos in Photoshop, my whole screen strobes, this does not happen when I use other software, including other Adobe software.

Details of my laptop are below:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz

Installed RAM: 32.0 GB (31.2 GB usable)

System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU

Windows 11 Home

I've looked through other threads experiencing similar problems, "Use Older GPU Mode" does not apply to my laptop. I've also tried "Deactivate Native Canvas", but it slows down the software crazily.
