Photoshop 26.5 drop-down menu jumping to the left

I just got a new Dell Precision 7680 with Windows 11 and all Windows updates including BIOS and video are up to date.  Whenever I pick on a Photoshop 26.5 drop-down menu, the menu drops down as normal.....BUT when I move my mouse down to select one of the menu items, the menu items jumps to the left of it and drops down instead.

I've turned OFF "use graphics processor"

I've reset Preferences

I've reinstalled twice

I've installed earlier versions too!

.............nothing works.

Note, Photoshop BETA v26.6 works fine.  I know I can just use that, but what's up with std Photoshop v26.5 (and other earlier versions!?)

Note no.2, my old Dell Precision of 5 years works fine.

@wingtong are you still having issues? This looks like Photoshop for the Web version and not the desktop? If this is the web one, I would delete all the history, cache and cookies of the web browser.  Sometimes that may conflict with that

Or maybe I am totally wrong. I would update to the latest desktop version. And see if if it still does. If not I would do a clean install. Even though, you have uninstall and install, I would use Adobe Cleaner and unintsall Adobe Photoshop. The Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool can fix many common problems (such as removing old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers).

And then also clear the and manually delete the Adobe Preferences (mine was 17 gigs - and deleted it and after the restart it was 398KB!) Not Gigs! Runs like it's new!  https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082
