photoshop brushes lag while in use with graphic tablet

hello, i have a graphic tablet by huion (H610 pro v2) and i was just testing out brushes and pressure senstiviy but i have noticed that the brush form my tablet pen is lagging and not as smooth, is there any soultion that could be applied to this as well any graphic tablet thanks.

i also have a rtx 3080

Which version of the application are you using? Do you have the linear optimizer checked in your Huion tablet settings?

Is your graphics card up to date? One way to check if the GPU is at fault for the lag is to temporarily turn off its use in Photoshop.

If that doesn't work, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences.

Please back up your settings prior to resetting the preferences.
