After my desktop (Windows 11) motherboard and processor were replaced, CS6 on new cannot works now. (file attachment) I have only one CS6 listed on NB but the other one that wasn't annotated.
Any advice on how to fix this and/or information about why the possible reason for it crashing would be appreciated.
Thanks

You have 2 activation slots, and both are used.

You should have deactivated, freeing up one activation slot, before replacing the hardware. It should be noted here that this has always been well known and standard procedure.

What is new now, is that Adobe will no longer reset activation counts for this 12 year old software. Deactivating is the only way.
