Photoshop doesn't save files

Hi!

I have this problem of the Photoshop that doesn't save the files.

every few hours its getting stuck and the saving processes stays on zero - like in this print screen

how can i fix it?

Try this: Uninstall Photoshop using the drop-down icon in the Creative Cloud app, then run Adobe Cleaner before

re-installing Photoshop.

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences (presumably you're not trying to save a document that's larger than 2 GB)

i tried it now it the problem continue and the file is 30MB

can i do something else about it?
