Photoshop Move Tool Error After Update

Hello, after the last update I can't use the move tool effectively. A blue color has appeared on the files on the side and it won't go away. I used to be able to select the text or photo I clicked with the mouse and move it easily. I would appreciate your help Thank youhttps://youtu.be/nFRau6OXrOg
