Photoshop user interface is all messed up

Photoshop on my laptop is all wonky. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Workspace un-usable. Distortion abound, menus and window panels invisible or erroneous. Even the windows close/minimize buttons on top right are invisible.

 

Program works fine on my desktop installation.

Reinstalling probably doesn't clean up workspace settings unless you use the cleaner tool, or manually delete the workspace file.  What operating system are you using?

Have you tried selecting, and resetting, another workspace?
