Photoshop wont open - scratch disk preferences

Hello Everyone 🙂

I am having some issues with my photo shop, when i go to open it, it loads for a bit and then says that i need to select a scratch disk preference. 

As there are no other options i select ok and then it just turns off on me.

See attached for what it is bringing up - I need this fixed as i am a graphic designer and photographer so need the app. 

My other apps like Illustrator are all still opening fine?
