Click the blue Reply button on this post and paste the Program Error clipboard contents into this community thread

Doing this will assist our Engineering team's investigations so these Program Errors can be resolved.

I've had problems before, but partitioned a 20GB drive just for Photoshop scratch disks and went through and configured Preferences > Performance. I also delete the contents of the drive after each use and have recently defragged it. I'm not sure if the below error has anything to do with that though.

I was just trying to select the Sky to Replace the Sky later, but got this error after trying to select it. I'm using Photoshop 2022 and received a new upgrade this morning.

We are extremely sorry about the issue you are facing .

Need some info from you in order to fix the same :

Are you trying to open the file from Network Drive (NAS), or local disk or external SSD ?
Does the issue occur when you save the same file on local disk and then open it?
If possible could you share the files, causing issue. share via private message or google drive.
Do you see issue in save too?
Please share the Sytem Information too, present at Help>System Info .

1. Local disk (my hard drive on computer).

2. I can't open any jpg on my computer, and it is local disk.

3. It is any of my jpg's. I am happy to send you one, but how do I do that with private message?

Need some info from you in order to fix the same :

Are you trying to open the file from Network Drive (NAS), or local disk or external SSD ?
Does the issue occur when you save the same file on local disk and then open it?
If possible could you share the files, causing issue. share via private message or google drive.
Do you see issue in save too?
please share the Sytem Information too, present at Help>System Info .
