PS 2024 Error : Couldn't generate your prompt due to connection issues. Please check your internet

When I turned off the firewall, the error was resolved.

Still have the same issue. Disabling public firewall doesn't work...

when I want to use generative fill I get this error, I mention that I have a good internet connection, I restarted the program but this error still persists. What would be the solution?

i removed all WIndows Firewall Rules corresponding to Adobe and Creative Cloud. After restart PC prompts are working. 

Windows defender Firewall have a option fot Allow app, you can add Photoshop ther that will fix the problem.

Why do we need to disable WINDOWS DEFENDER PUBLIC NETWORK (FIREWALL) to access the generative fill on Photoshop?

It is not recommended as it may cause vulnerability to the computer.

Can someone Explain to me if it's safe?

I don't know what happened, it's been days since I used Photoshop  and the generative feature always fails to deliver it always says "Couldn't generate your prompt due to connection issues. Please check your internet connection" I already disabled the firewall, and watched a YouTube
