Slow Canvas Rotation Using Touch Ring

Greetings and Merry to all

Is strange problem using Photoshop and Wacom Tablet. If tablet has a touch ring (like the Intuos or the EK Remote for Cintiq)

If touch ring is set to "Rotate" then canvas rotates in Photoshop when touch ring is used (although it rotates slowly and in increments) - but however it still works.

Problem is, when paintbrush tool is selected, rotate happens very slowly. But if eraser, or mixer brush, or smudge tool etc. is selected, then rotate happens faster.

Why is rotate canvas happen slowly when paintbrush tool is selected?

Anybody else is have the problem same?
