Slow premium features

First of all took me two days to find this, no costumer support, no e-mails for help, nothing. I just purchased the premium features, they are so slow!!! I can't even try some of them out, like the lens blur or presents. They take forever to load, some even say that an error ocurred. Really dissapointed by this app right now.

I'm using the Adobe Lightroom app on my phone which has premium features. That's what I'm talking about. Don't know if this is the right place to complain about this, seems like it is not. But couldn't fond any other place or costumer support to see what is going on with the app.
