Tool bar not showing tool icons correctly

Hi!

After updating Photoshop, my toolbar suddenly stopped displaying icons correctly.

All I see is a tall gray bar with empty spaces where tools should be.

A few icons (such as the brush or color swatches) are visible,

but most are missing or invisible.

How can this be done?

Thanks for reaching out. I agree with the steps suggested by @Ged_Traynor. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing. You can also try resetting Photoshop preferences after creating a backup. The steps are shared here: https://adobe.ly/48sAoEl
